  Salesforce Commerce Cloudは日本事業の展開拡大に際して、東京エリアを中心に担当するセールスエグゼクティブを募集しています。直販営業スタイルで新規・既存顧客に対して、eCommerceを起点として顧客ビジネスの理解に基づきクライアントのビジネス拡大に対する提案を行います。営業先は経営者や役員などビジネスのリーダーが中心、コンサルティング要素の強い営業活動を行うことができます。

  業務内容
  主に東京エリアを中心とした大手企業を担当Responsibilities:世界No.1 CRMソリューションプロバイダーにおけるECソリューションを、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー様など協調しながら新規顧客開拓、既存顧客の深耕を推進をし、自身の売上目標（個人業績）の達成を目指していただきます。B2C のプラットフォームであるCommerce Cloudを直販形式で提案及び販売いただきます。Salesforceの他のソリューションの理解を含め、顧客ニーズの実現に合わせた提案を実施いただきます。製品ではなくサービスを顧客に提供しますので、製品の出荷・納品に労力を費やすことは無く、顧客の成功に向けた提案に集中ができます。提案先の多くはCxO、役員クラスで、経営及び事業戦略における課題解決に向けた提案を推進いただきます。製品のスペシャリストでありながら、セールスリードの職務を遂行いただきます。担当テリトリーの中で年間の販売戦略の策定及びセールスプレイの実行頂きます。キーパートナーとなるデジタルエージェンシー、システムインテグレーター、フルフィルメント/物流パートナーなどと協働した提案活動を進めることがあります。

  Specialist AEとは？
  Salesforceの代表的な営業ポジションであるAccount Executiveは、アカウント攻略という視点で数字を最大化させるための営業スキルを学べる一方、製品のSpecialist AEでは担当するセグメントのビジネスをどうしたら成長させられるかという視点が求められるため、目の前の商談をCloseするための営業スキルを磨くことはもちろん、Generalistとしての視点でビジネスを進めていく経験ができます。Salesforceという大きな会社の中でこのような経験ができることは、これまでの営業職とは違った形で皆さんのキャリアアップに大きく貢献できるポジションとなっています。

  Basic Requirements:

  • IT業界における法人営業 5年以上の経験

  • 自己成長意欲、変化及びスピード感を楽しめる柔軟性のある方

  • 顧客第一のマインドと予算への強いこだわりを持ち、アクティブに活動できる方従来のやり方に固執せず、新しいものを取り入れるという感覚がある方目標達成のため、案件発掘手段や優先順位付け、営業プロセスを確立し、実践している方個人目標金額を持つ直販営業経験をお持ちの方

  • エンタープライズ向けのソフトウェア販売経験をお持ちの方

  Preferred Requirements:

  • 課題解決型の提案経験をお持ちの方

  • CRM、ERP、BI、SCM、PLMなど、BPMを中心としたエンタープライズアプリケーションの知識企業向け小売またはデジタルマーケティングソリューションの販売経験

  • 英語 (ただし、必須としません)

  • ECソリューションの販売経験年間目標達成経験及び表彰経験
