Job Description

As an Account SE at Salesforce, you will partner with the Customer, Account Executive, and Professional Services teams to conduct discovery, analysis, and recommend strategic solutions. You will deliver transformational pitches based on live product demonstrations, improving business performance through consultative and metric-based approaches. The role involves identifying customer needs, positioning Salesforce solutions, constructing future state strategies, developing IT roadmaps, and delivering executive-level tech demonstrations. This involves participating in training and certifications to maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position.

Salesforce Inc.  seeks Account SE in New York, NY: Job Duties: Partnering with the Customer, Account Executive and Professional Services teams to conduct discovery, analysis, and the recommendation of strategic solutions for the customer by delivering transformational pitches based on live product. Consultative and metric-based approach for driving innovative solutions forward while improving business performance. Conduct targeted discovery sessions to identify customer business needs, and position the best Salesforce solution to achieve those business objectives. Demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with the Salesforce Solutions. This includes the delivery of executive level tech demonstrations, construction of future state, customer journey strategies, and developing long term IT roadmaps. Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.  Special Skill Requirements: (1) Technical Knowledge; (2) Business Acumen; (3) Sales; (4) Project Management; (5) Manufacturing Industry Knowledge; (6) Solutioning; (7) Cloud Computing; (8) Generative AI; (9) Stakeholder Management; (10) Demo.
