Job Description

The Account Strategist at Google Customer Solutions (GCS) works with businesses of all sizes to develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies. This role requires fluency in Hebrew and English to support clients in the region. Responsibilities include delivering against quarterly growth goals, building client relationships, conducting consultations and pitches, managing client portfolios, driving customer growth, and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, experience in digital advertising, and a proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals. The role involves understanding clients' needs, developing tailored strategies using Google's product offerings, and consistently exceeding expectations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising sales, marketing, or media
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in digital advertising campaigns
  • Ability to achieve sales goals
Good to have:
  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients in Israel
  • Ability to build compelling narratives

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Israel and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and business pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
