About the Opportunity
In this role you will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and provide feedback to the store manager that will result in a more efficient, productive, and profitable location that exceeds FASHIONPHILE ONE service expectations. This role also requires a focus on maximizing store productivity and profitability and supporting the development of ideas to achieve sales and productivity goals. You will report directly into the Store Manager and work closely with them to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.Responsibilities include:

Pay Rate: This position begins at $21.00/HR - $28/HR based on experience for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Newport Beach location. This role is also eligible for uncapped commission.
