We’re hiring an Associate Creative Manager for an exciting hybrid opportunity in Burbank, CA, supporting high-impact 360 marketing campaigns within the entertainment industry. This is a project-based role running from July through December 2025, offering $30–$35/hour (W2) plus benefits, with weekly pay.

This role blends both creative and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates with experience supporting cross-functional teams and delivering polished marketing assets across multiple platforms.
Assist creative leads in developing marketing assets including trailers, key art, social media content, and out-of-home advertising
Manage photoshoots and support asset review, organization, and delivery
Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams to ensure feedback is communicated and project quality is maintained
Monitor creative budgets, process invoices, and manage vendor onboarding for contractors
Prepare creative presentations and participate in strategic and production meetings
Coordinate with departments such as production, legal, strategy, media, and PR to align campaign elements
Maintain key documentation including agency trackers, talent decks, and creative guidelines
3+ years of experience in a creative or marketing role within the entertainment industry (TV, film, studio, network, or agency)
Strong organizational skills and experience managing AV and print assets
Proven success working in fast-paced, evolving creative environments
Experience handling sensitive materials and managing the review/delivery process
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Keynote)
Understanding of creative budgeting and tracking for entertainment campaigns
Strong team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
Experience with Airtable and Google Suite
Background in 360 marketing campaigns across AV, print, digital, social, and OOH
