Job Responsibilities :

Razer is looking for a talented marketing professional to be part of a fast-paced and highly impactful team. The Associate Director, Marketing is responsible for managing the Go-To-Market process for the Americas regions working with the global marketing team, business units, creative team, sales team, and finance.   

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Go-To-Market process for Marketing in the region.

  • Deliver a 360-degree comprehensive sustained marketing plan and execution to impact sales and market share objectives.

  • Bring thought leadership to the Americas marketing team to deliver breakthrough marketing plans and execution leveraging regional and global marketing resources.

  • Lead quarterly planning process ensuring alignment with key functional stakeholders.

  • Partner with Business Units to execute campaigns managing from strategy to launch.

  • Manage a process from briefing to execution by connecting teams and making sure information flows between stakeholders including digital marketing, PR, channel marketing, events, and partnerships.

  • Manage marketing budget process from planning to monthly closuring with Finance.

  • Manage KPI and develop reporting that communicates marketing results.

  • Identify opportunities to drive product growth and user engagement.

  • Review business analytics to support recommendations on strategy and investment.

  • Conduct competitive product and marketing analysis.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ in a gaming marketing or consumer marketing

  • Gaming Industry Experience a plus

  • Track record of successfully executing go-to-market plans

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skill

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$110,169.00 - $183,615.00
