Body Repair Production Supervisor

• Work closely with the Body Repair Center Management in daily operations to deliver excellent results in all aspects of customer, people, operations, and financials
• Provide inspiring leadership to the workshop team, and keep them informed and motivated
• Ensure application of the highest quality repair standards
• Develop and maintain production plans to optimise the throughput of the workshop and ensure the timely return of customer vehicles
• Manage daily resource scheduling and task allocation to maximise efficiency
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to technicians and possess a thorough understanding of their strengths and development needs; coordinating with Training as required to close capability gaps.
• Conduct regular 121 performance discussions with team members in line with Tesla’s required standards
• Conduct technician recruitment and selection activity and otherwise support the growth and development of the site
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Body Repair Center Manager and Production Manager
