Job Summary:

Cast Scheduler will produce and maintain effective working schedules according to pre-determined labor plans, monitor compliance of labor policies and scheduling guidelines, and assign appropriate frontline workforce to deliver smooth operations and create a great guest/client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce & amend rosters for frontline Cast Members based on business demands and ad-hoc changes.

  • Plan & configure scheduling setting in system to optimize the schedule to balance the needs between cast, operations and company.

  • Provide labor reports and scheduling related information to LOBs and partners on a regular basis.

  • Work closely with clients to identify and support scheduling best practices ensuring consistent application of company policy and procedure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Human Resources or related disciplines.

  • Knowledge in frontline operations is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience, experience in labor scheduling is preferred.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Self-directed, self-starter, detail-oriented and team player.

  • Proficient in MS office applications. Proficient in SAP is a plus.
