WTVF, the Scripps CBS station in Nashville, TN, is hiring a Client Retention Analyst! The Client Retention Analyst manages ongoing client relationships to ensure client retention and growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaborate closely with the sales team during sales calls to identify client needs and strategize on the optimal product mix (both linear and digital) to effectively meet client KPIs and goals.
Build and nurture strong client relationships in partnership with sales managers and sales team, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Proactively monitor and understand clients’ evolving needs and business objectives, enhancing client satisfaction through regular communication and support, including monthly campaign reviews.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services across all platforms to offer tailored solutions that resonate with our clients.
Gain expertise in pixel tracking, implementation, and troubleshooting, ensuring clients receive accurate data capture and reporting across digital platforms.
Assist in training the sales team on our attribution products and services, emphasizing the importance of client engagement and relationship management.
Track and measure the progress of advertiser investments, keeping the sales team informed about each client’s status to align on opportunities for deeper engagement.
Partner with the Ad Operations Campaign Manager to develop optimization strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Conduct monthly client-facing campaign reviews, utilizing business intelligence and data visualization tools to effectively communicate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievements. This is crucial for fostering client retention and identifying growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
Experience in digital media is strongly preferred
Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau preferred
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Exceptional analytical abilities, including data visualization
Demonstrated ability using statistical analysis and research to drive positive change in a business setting
Familiarity with data engineering tools/techniques (e.g., scenario modeling, pattern detection, sentiment analysis, decision trees, optimization, regression analysis)
