Community Manager (Social Media)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Community Manager (Social Media).

You’ll join the Marketing team to foster engaging conversations, and amplify our client's digital presence. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. The role is located in Metro Los Angeles, and is hybrid 4x/week.

Responsibilities: 

• Content Scheduling & Distribution: Strategically plan and disseminate content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and maintaining a voice that resonates with the audience.

• Social Collaborations: Coordinate with our client's extensive network of local stations and external partners to enhance content reach and engagement.

• Community Management: Act as the primary online voice, moderating discussions, responding to comments, and encouraging dialogue to strengthen community ties.

• Performance Reporting: Compile and share regular reports on social media performance, offering insights into audience engagement and growth.

• Data Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities, ensuring content remains innovative and impactful.

Requirements: 

• 5-7 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a publishing or network environment.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and strategies for audience growth.

• Strong analytical skills to transform data into strategic actions.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

• Experience in creating original social content is advantageous.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
