About The Role
In the first six months, the Corporate Branding Manager will face the challenge of building and strengthening GoTo’s brand identity, ensuring it resonates with both local and global audiences. The role involves developing cohesive brand strategies that align with GoTo’s mission of "Karya Anak Bangsa Berjuang untuk Indonesia," managing external and internal communications, and maintaining consistency across all platforms. With tight timelines, stakeholder expectations, and a competitive tech landscape, the manager’s impact will be pivotal in enhancing brand perception, increasing engagement, and positioning GoTo as a leader in Indonesia’s tech ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute GoTo’s brand strategy, aligning it with business objectives
- Strengthen the brand identity around "Karya Anak Bangsa Berjuang untuk Indonesia"
- Manage brand consistency across all channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, ensuring uniform messaging and visuals
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to integrate corporate narrative into campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure internal buy-in for brand initiatives
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding efforts using KPIs and analytics
- Ensure GoTo’s brand resonates with audiences while maintaining its core values
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in branding, preferably within tech or fast-paced industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong understanding of brand identity, positioning, and storytelling
- Experience working with local and global brands
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Data-driven mindset, able to analyze brand performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience with digital marketing and social media branding strategies
- Creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for design

Working within Corporate Affairs at GoTo involves being part of a close knit team with a vibrant and collaborative culture. You will spend much of your time engaging with colleagues in Jakarta, while also acting as a leader within the Singapore business.
