We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Data Analyst to join our Data Science Team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our games through data-driven insights and A/B testing. You'll help shape our product decisions by analyzing user behavior, developing testing frameworks, and communicating actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Partner with Product Managers and Game Designers to identify opportunities for feature improvements and new product ideas
• Design and analyze A/B tests to refine gameplay mechanics, improve monetization, and drive user engagement
• Develop and enhance our in-house A/B testing platform to streamline experimentation
• Extract meaningful insights from large datasets to understand user behavior and product performance
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Superset and Streamlit
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and reporting needs
• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, especially hypothesis testing and experimental design
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data wrangling and analysis
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into understandable insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing thorough analysis with timely delivery
• Experience influencing product development through data insights
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry and understanding of key gaming KPIs as the plus
