Data Analytics Internship

For this role, it is essential that you can think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable with the details of the deliverables. You will be expected to simultaneously handle multiple data projects of department-level scale and global reach. 

Tesla is a fast-moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for data analytics and supply chain and continuously demonstrates an ability to tackle complex problems and implement solutions.

• Transform complex data into actionable insights using Python
• Manipulate and interpret large datasets to assess business impact and priorities while utilizing Tableau, SQL, and Tesla in-house reporting tools
• Develop and implement intuitive reports that provide insights for business decision-making
• Assist in building and fine-tuning predictive models, working with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into daily operations
• Support management with dashboards, data pulls, and ad-hoc analysis
• Communicate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and brainstorm KPIs
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of data sources, analysis methodologies, and results
• Identify gaps in supply chain operations processes and areas for optimization and automation
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
