The Delivery Operations Manager is a critical leadership team member responsible for operational excellence. Key responsibilities include designing and leading end-to-end operations (order to delivery), analyzing and improving logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, and finance/collections processes. The role involves building cross-functional collaboration, leading and developing the Operations team, ensuring first-class customer experiences, and defining optimal operational strategies for growth. This requires strong leadership, analytical skills, experience in change management, and excellent communication (English and Dutch/French preferred). The role involves travel within Belgium (Londerzeel, Brugge, Liège) with occasional travel to the Netherlands and France.
