Job Description
The Digital Communication Intern will contribute to the communication and promotion of software developed within Virtuos' R&D department. Responsibilities include contributing to the communication plan, creating newsletters and videos based on technical information from developers, organizing user interviews, and potentially assisting the marketing team with external communications. The role requires excellent English writing skills, proficiency with various software (including video editing), and strong interpersonal skills. The internship is based in Montpellier, France, and runs from February to May 2025 (4-6 months). The intern will work closely with R&D developers and report to an R&D project manager.

Your mission
Within the Research and Development (R&D) department, you contribute to the communication and promotion within the Virtuos group of software developed by the department:

You are under the responsibility of an R&D project manager. You interact on a daily basis with the developers who provide you with the technical information on which you rely to prepare your communication.
- You may interact with the Virtuos Marketing team to occasionally contribute to external communications.
- Newsletters, articles, and videos must be written in English.
- Employees within the R&D team speak French and English.
- The internship is based in Montpellier, France.
Internship start date: February to May 2025.
Internship duration: 4 to 6 months.

Qualifications
Your profile
- You are preparing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of communication.
- You have a very good writing level in English.
- You are comfortable with computer software, you know Office 365, you use different computer software on a daily basis.
- You know a video editing software. You are able to create a video from information provided by developers.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- You are creative, curious, and dynamic.
- Knowledge of French (spoken and written) is a plus but is not mandatory.
