Digital Designer (UX/UI)

We are currently seeking a Digital Designer (UX/UI) for a global pharmaceutical company. This is a 1-year W2 contract with the potential for extension, offering 40 hours a week.

As a Digital Designer (UX/UI), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences across various platforms. From designing SharePoint sites to crafting engaging email campaigns and web interfaces, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence. You will also collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure that your designs meet both user needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain internal SharePoint sites, manage user access and permissions, and execute design tasks with minimal direction
• Create and optimize email campaigns, ensuring accessibility and optimal rendering across email clients through thorough testing
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for AEM websites, emails, web banner ads, social media ads, and future digital touchpoints
• Develop and maintain design systems in Figma, utilizing tokens, variables, and styles for consistency across digital assets
• Present UI/UX creative solutions to cross-functional teams and engage in real-time design collaboration with creative and marketing leads

Qualifications:

• A strong Design Portfolio demonstrating website design, UI/UX skills, email campaign design, and design systems (SharePoint design/layout experience preferred)
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and processes
• Expertise in designing accessible interfaces that comply with WCAG standards
• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus, especially in a regulated environment with knowledge of FDA regulations and their design implications
• Ability to work on-site 3 days a week (Remote candidates will be considered)
