Digital Marketing Associate

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a Freelance Digital Marketing Associate for our client, a Fortune 100 financial services company based in New York, NY. This is a hybrid, 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of impactful digital marketing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on a range of projects including landing page creation, email marketing campaigns, and content management, all aimed at driving growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily updates to the website, including copy, content, and links
• Manage the setup, distribution, and accuracy of emails to internal audiences
• Design, set up, and schedule automated marketing campaigns
• Maintain the email platform and digital assets, ensuring up-to-date content
• Update email distribution lists and manage audience segmentation
• Develop and deliver regular reports on email marketing performance and metrics

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
• Strong design skills, with experience using Adobe InDesign
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data

To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week and have an assignment length of at least 10 weeks.
