As a Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Manager at Paytm, you'll develop and execute brand strategies to boost awareness, preference, and revenue. Responsibilities include multi-channel media planning and execution, brand campaign management and measurement (tracking brand awareness, perception, and equity), creative direction with internal/external teams, and data analysis using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), GA4, and ADH. You'll collaborate with major platforms (Google, Facebook, OTTs), the market research team, and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with various marketing channels (Google Ads, DV360, GDN, Facebook Ads), and a proven track record of driving business growth with substantial digital marketing budgets (1 Cr+).
Must have:

  • Expertise in Google Ads, DV360, GDN, Facebook Ads
  • Strong analytical skills & data analysis proficiency
  • MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) experience

Job Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for
developing and executing brand strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive brand
preference, and ultimately increase brand revenue for Paytm. Your primary
responsibilities will include:
● Media planning: Create multi-channel media plans with proper rationale as per
the brief from the brand team and execute it to achieve the overall objectives.
Analyze the past campaign performance & do extensive market research to
recommend the changes in the current media strategy.
● Brand Campaign Management: Overseeing the development, execution, and
measurement of brand campaigns across various media channels.
● Brand Measurement: Tracking and analyzing brand metrics (e.g., brand
awareness, brand perception, brand equity) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Identify the opportunities to further increase the effectiveness of the marketing
efforts.
● Creative Direction: Collaborating with both internal and external design teams
to develop engaging and impactful brand creative assets.
● Data Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance from multiple sources (MMPs-
AppsFlyer, Adjust; GA4, ADH etc.) to understand the campaign data in detail &
make the required changes in our strategy.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with the major platforms & publisher
team - Google, Fb, OTTs etc. to try the latest features, new creative ideas,
publish case studies etc. Work with the market research team to understand the
brand impact.

Required Skills and Experience:
● 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing & media planning. Previous
experience in startups or agencies would be preferred.
● Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale. Must
have handled at least 1 Cr+ digital marketing budget in the past.
● Deep understanding & experience in all major marketing channels- Google Ads,
DV360, GDN, Facebook Ads etc.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
● Ability to understand the customer pain points and design the marketing
communications accordingly.
● Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with
various stakeholders across the teams.
● Up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital ecosystem & willingness to
explore the uncharted territories.
● Build hypotheses and regularly test & measure them to improve the efficiency of
the existing campaigns.
● Mandatory exposure to MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
