Overview:

The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy across all channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee digital campaigns, performance analysis, and team leadership to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and a deep understanding of digital tools and analytics.

 

 

Salary range is $170,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.

 

 

Digital Marketing Director Duties:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and leverages data-driven insights.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance on best practices and campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal resource distribution.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new tactics to drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as sales, design, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Brand Management: Uphold digital brand consistency and establish guidelines and best practices.

 

 

 

Digital Marketing Director Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems. Proven ability to execute successful campaigns.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Creative Thinking: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and proactive problem-solving.
