Responsibilities-
1. Senior Social Media/ Brand strategist - Responsible for leading the creative and content practice
Lead and manage social media presence for all our clientele, and for contributing to the organization's brand image.
Liaise with brand owners/ clients/ representatives and be a liaison between the external and internal teams
Work with Business team to identify areas to build the practice and approach new clients
Prepare for pitches with the Business Team and present to prospects
Work with Paid Media, SEO teams for building holistic solutions
Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
2. Strategy Development
Conduct thorough research and stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences.
Bring in a methodology and process and build solutions that are innovative and appealing
Develop and execute social media strategy to promote the brand and answer to any other KPIs in line with brand values
3. Content Creation
Create, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across social media platforms for clients
Collaborate with writer and designers to ensure content is appealing and informative
Work with influencer agencies for influencer strategy, procurement etc.
Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content.
4. Analysis and Reporting
Work with Data Analyst for metrics and insights to inform to clients on ROI regularly
5. Content Strategy Execution
Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and monitor social media channel.
6.Team leadership
Serve as a team leader with a strong focus on process improvements and team development
Train new team members across tasks and tools.
