• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance against these benchmarks.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team based across the U.S. and in Vietnam, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and strategies to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes, and systems, and internal financial reporting to enhance efficiency,  and accuracy, and strategic usefulness of reports.
• Strategic Collaboration: Regular collaboration with the WebMD Health Services leadership team on existing and future business strategy, including the integration of acquired entities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a technology or healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive management and external stakeholders.
• Experience with financial software and systems; proficiency in [specific software/tools] is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and character.
