The Head of Analytics will lead the transformation of our analytics organization, ensuring alignment with business needs while optimizing efficiency. This role requires a strong change leader who can unify fragmented analytics teams, establish standardized ways of working, and drive adoption of a new collaboration model across the business. The successful candidate will need to restructure teams, improve processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making while managing headcount efficiency.
