Tesla is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair their Energy Storage products. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs, along with commissioning activities across various locations in Belgium and abroad. Responsibilities include on-site technical activities related to installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance; troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (remotely and on-site); acting as the primary contact for contractors; analyzing recurring issues and providing feedback to engineering teams; and planning and organizing technical activities. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in electrical engineering, experience with low- and medium-voltage systems (high voltage a plus), a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Flexibility for travel and a valid driver's license are required.
