Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Sales team. Reporting to the AVP, Sales Japan, you'll be responsible for:

• Executing calendar management, travel coordination, and communication handling, ensuring leaders are efficient and well-supported while maintaining confidentiality
• Focusing on meeting preparation, event coordination (team off-sites, QBRs), and concentrating  on process improvements, enhancing productivity, and fostering team collaboration to ensure alignment and organizational success
• Developing strong stakeholder relationships and promoting positive team culture through engagement initiatives and morale-boosting activities
• Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, expense tracking, and compliance with organizational policies

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders in high-growth environments
• Experienced and competent in providing support to 4-5 leaders simultaneously
• Familiarity with organizational intricacies, such as working in large teams or cross-functional collaborations.
• Event planning or coordination experience is often valued
