主要工作职责:
1、机会洞察和协同拿结果:为 TMK和 Sales提供深入的 O2O 客户数据洞察支持。基于平台侧数据,挖掘客户生意增长潜力,帮助协同团队更好地理解客户需求,制定个性化的营销和运营方案;
2、整合资源包定制与谈判:协同 KAM,基于客户需求分析和市场洞察,定制化输出“G2N + Campaign + O2O 流量活动”整合资源包。整合线上线下资源,包括电商平台流量、社交媒体推广、线下门店活动等,为客户打造个性化、全方位的营销解决方案,满足客户多元化的营销需求,推动生意增长和转化;
3、客户分层运营和追踪管理: 建立完善的客户合作效果评估体系,对整合资源包的执行效果进行实时跟踪和评估。通过数据分析、客户反馈等手段,及时调整和优化资源包内容和执行策略,确保合作效果达到预期目标,实现客户和公司的双赢。基于不同品牌策略,联动连锁侧资源,推动品牌在推广节点的新零售营销效率和生意交付;
4、精细化运营管理与活动执行: 基于三方有效联动的目标,提出创新性的业务策略和解决方案。推动方案制定到资源调配、现场执行,全程跟进,确保相关项目的顺利开展。
5、 直线经理安排的其他工作内容
任职条件:
1. 本科或以上学历
2. 10年以上的医药零售或医药新零售、数字化营销领域经验,医药即时零售工作经验优先
3. 了解医药即时零售,数字化营销的营销模式
4. 优秀的客户谈判和内外部沟通能力
5. 熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是PPT制作及汇报
6. 可进行英文的听说读写
