Job Description

This role involves in-depth insights into new retail market trends, industry dynamics, and consumer demand changes. The responsibilities include formulating new retail cooperation plans encompassing KA O2O, B2C, and CRM. It requires actively exploring innovative retail collaboration models with partners like KA customers and O2O platforms, converting strategic plans into actionable plans, and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure effective execution. The role involves collaborating with sales, channel marketing, and marketing departments to promote the implementation of new retail cooperation projects. Key duties include data insights for TMK and Sales, customizing resource packages, customer relationship management, and fine-tuned operational management. The manager is also responsible for other tasks as assigned.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical retail, digital marketing, or new retail
  • Understanding of instant pharmaceutical retail, digital marketing models
  • Excellent negotiation and internal/external communication skills
  • Proficient in OFFICE suite, especially PPT
  • English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)

1. 深度洞察新零售市场趋势、行业动态以及消费者需求变化,结合公司业务目标,制定涵盖 KA O2O、B2C、CRM 等多元化领域的新零售合作规划。明确各阶段业务重点和市场定位,为公司新零售业务的可持续发展提供有力指引。

2. 积极探索创新的新零售合作模式,与各类合作伙伴(KA 客户、零售商、O2O平台等)开展深度合作。将战略规划转化为具体的行动计划,协调公司内外资源,确保合作方案的有效执行与落地,实现业务增长与市场份额提升。

3. 协同销售、渠道营销、市场等多个部门,共同推进新零售合作项目的实施。加强沟通与协调,形成高效的协同工作机制,共同达成业务目标。

主要工作职责:

1、机会洞察和协同拿结果:为 TMK和 Sales提供深入的 O2O 客户数据洞察支持。基于平台侧数据,挖掘客户生意增长潜力,帮助协同团队更好地理解客户需求,制定个性化的营销和运营方案;

2、整合资源包定制与谈判:协同 KAM,基于客户需求分析和市场洞察,定制化输出“G2N + Campaign + O2O 流量活动”整合资源包。整合线上线下资源,包括电商平台流量、社交媒体推广、线下门店活动等,为客户打造个性化、全方位的营销解决方案,满足客户多元化的营销需求,推动生意增长和转化;

3、客户分层运营和追踪管理: 建立完善的客户合作效果评估体系,对整合资源包的执行效果进行实时跟踪和评估。通过数据分析、客户反馈等手段,及时调整和优化资源包内容和执行策略,确保合作效果达到预期目标,实现客户和公司的双赢。基于不同品牌策略,联动连锁侧资源,推动品牌在推广节点的新零售营销效率和生意交付;

4、精细化运营管理与活动执行: 基于三方有效联动的目标,提出创新性的业务策略和解决方案。推动方案制定到资源调配、现场执行,全程跟进,确保相关项目的顺利开展。

5、 直线经理安排的其他工作内容

任职条件:

1. 本科或以上学历

2. 10年以上的医药零售或医药新零售、数字化营销领域经验,医药即时零售工作经验优先

3. 了解医药即时零售,数字化营销的营销模式

4. 优秀的客户谈判和内外部沟通能力

5. 熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是PPT制作及汇报

6. 可进行英文的听说读写
