Job Description
AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, upgrade, and perform maintenance on casino gaming equipment. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, completing detailed reports, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The technician will be responsible for managing inventory, following safety protocols, and working effectively within a team. The position involves travel to various casino locations within a designated territory.

If you're excited about working with cutting-edge gaming equipment, solving puzzles, and delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you!
What Youāll Do:
š Tech-Savvy Tasks: Dive into the technical sideāinstalling, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
š§ Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. Youāll make sure everything runs smoothly!
š Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports like a proātimely, detailed, and accurate.
š Customer Service Champion: Provide ābest-in-the-businessā service to our customersā¦internal and external.
ā” Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
š¦ Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
ā° On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow techniciansābecause sometimes, the game needs you 24/7.
š” Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.
What You Bring to the Table:
š« Education: High School diploma or GED
š License to Drive: A valid driverās license, vehicle insurance
š» Tech Skills: Youāre a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, weāll help you level up!).
š§ Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!).
š Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
š
Flexibility: A sometimes-changing schedule and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (because gaming never sleeps).
š Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Physical & Work Environment:
š You'll be on your feet, walking, standing, and sometimes bending and squatting for long stretches.
šŖ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds (Teamwork makes the dream work here!).
Work environments may vary, so get ready for the adventure of working in different settings (sometimes non-climate-controlled).
