Netflix seeks two Marketing Production Managers for a 12-month fixed-term contract in EMEA. Based in Amsterdam (with location flexibility for internal candidates), these roles provide operational support across the regional marketing organization. Responsibilities include managing production needs for various EMEA markets, setting timelines, managing project deliverables, and facilitating campaigns across multiple media channels (OOH/DOOH, TV, VOD, Paid Social, Digital). Successful candidates will possess 8+ years of marketing production experience, expertise in localization workflows, and strong project management skills. They will partner with in-country marketing leads, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution across the region.

Overview

We’re looking for x2 FTC Marketing Production Managers to service the EMEA region. Sitting within the central regional Marketing team, the Marketing Production Managers will provide supplementary operational resource, wherever it is needed, across the EMEA Marketing organization. 

The role will require 8+ years of marketing production experience, and is best suited for someone with an all-encompassing producer background. The successful candidate will have an expert knowledge of marketing campaigns and localisation workflows, including understanding the creative and production process, with demonstrable ability to navigate complex tools and workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices for campaign production. Experience working in a production / operational capacity across multiple EMEA markets will be beneficial, and language skills are a bonus - the Marketing Production Managers will have a “home” team in the central regional Marketing group, but be deployed to work within various EMEA country teams as needs arise. 

Both of the x2 Marketing Production Manager roles will be a 12 month FTC. The positions are currently based in Amsterdam, but we are flexible on location for internal candidates. 

Key Areas & Skills 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage all production and operation needs for relevant EMEA markets: setting local and/or regional timelines, managing project deliverables and campaign resources, and facilitating campaigns in a hands-on capacity. 

  • Multi-tasker, able to manage several complex campaigns and workstreams concurrently, with multiple stakeholders across different regions and timezones.

  • Solution-oriented, able to pivot and find ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign. 

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.  

PRODUCTION KNOWLEDGE 

  • Fully versed in end-to-end marketing campaign production and experience, delivering assets for multi-media channels including OOH / DOOH, TV, VOD, Paid Social and Digital Reserve. 

  • Ability to brief, champion, consult and/or find the most efficient solutions for  implementing creative activations pan-EMEA, with strong understanding of market nuances and media complexities.  

  • Knowledge in the production ecosystem when it comes to production timelines, creative development, localization and  trafficking of key promotional materials. 

  • Strong understanding of creative best practices, with creative excellence top of mind. 

XF PARTNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP

  • Key partner to the in-country Title Marketing and Production leads, ensuring that all local production / operation needs are accounted for. 

  • Ensure a regular flow of information between all cross-functional partners to share updates on project timelines and escalate any anticipated production issues.

  • Close collaboration with the regional Marketing team for regional operational workstream and scaled initiatives.
