Job Description

  • Work with Appier's leaders to advise and support the business' priority talent needs internationally and locally.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent.
  • Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep up with industry knowledge and talent market news. Respond quickly to the market changes accordingly.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow recruitment teammates.
  • This position reports to the head of recruiting and will lead a subset of the recruiting team 3-6 months after joining.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional work experience
  • 5 years of end to end recruitment support in a fast-paced environment
  • Recruiting leadership experience is plus but not a must
  • Experience engaging overseas candidates and senior level candidates
  • Thrive in navigating ambiguity in a high growth, and dynamic environment
  • Native or near native proficiency in English
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Additional Language skill would be a plus
