10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, IT, or related roles
At least 5 years of experience overseeing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Proven track record of driving system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
Strong data management, reporting, and business intelligence experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Good to have:
Familiarity with Salesforce and similar tools is a must; experience with other sales technologies is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
Work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment to represent the GTM Organization in all systems and tools related decisions and lead the prioritization of GTM projects.
Architect and manage the entire sales systems infrastructure, including Salesforce, sales automation tools, CPQ systems, Clari and business intelligence platforms.
Lead system enhancements and integrations to drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
Develop robust reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the sales organization.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems to provide reliable sales metrics and analytics.
Work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment to represent the GTM Organization in all systems and tools related decisions
Oversee the implementation of new sales technologies to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Success) to align systems with organizational objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional Teams of systems analysts and administrators as well as Executive decision-makers across the company
Occasional travel may be required to meet with teams and stakeholders.
What You’ve Done:
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, IT, or related roles with a focus on systems and technology.
At least 5 years of experience overseeing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and CPQ systems.
Proven track record of driving system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Strong data management, reporting, and business intelligence experience.
