As an integral part of our Inside Sales team at TVH Parts Co., your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties aimed at growing and maintaining customer relationships while driving sales objectives. Here's what you'll be doing:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers, ensuring compliance with daily outbound talk time requirements.
Utilize your expertise in domestic sales processes, as well as material handling and industrial parts, to effectively identify customer needs and present suitable products and services.
Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships, seizing sales opportunities to meet required sales objectives.
Navigate and retrieve information from company ERP and CRM systems to verify product price and availability, and handle customer feedback and action items.
Proactively inform customers about any backordered items and provide estimated delivery dates to manage expectations.
Gather necessary claims information from customers and accurately enter it into company sales systems as required.
Prospect and assess leads through various channels like outbound calls, emails, etc., to generate potential sales opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, gaining insights into their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to bolster their efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Utilize CRM software proficiently to manage customer interactions, monitor sales activities, and track performance metrics.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new avenues for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance your product knowledge and refine your sales skills.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in our sales operations, contributing to our continued success in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales objectives.
Must possess a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a Customer Support or other applicable customer service/inside sales role
Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate proficient understanding of material handling and industrial parts industry, parts, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge and ability to handle credit card processing.
Demonstrate proficient understanding and demonstrating inside sales techniques including cold calling, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
Demonstrate proficiency using a company ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (customer relationship management) system.
