Responsibilities

• • Providing first and second-level support for IT systems in a manufacturing plant.
  • Managing and administering IT systems.
  • Ensuring the continuity of IT systems' operations.
  • Managing IT infrastructure.
  • Supporting computer networks, industrial networks, and device communication.
  • Managing database systems (MySQL, SQL, and others).
  • Collaborating with the IT Service Desk support team (global standardization of IT infrastructure).
  • Creating and improving technical documentation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal business clients.
  • Supporting services in automation systems (PLC, SCADA).

It is expected that all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions are immediately reported to the direct manager, Human Resources, or Safety Representative.
