Lead - Dual Students (m/w/d) – Gigafactory Berlin -Brandenburg

As a member of the Future Talent team, in the role of a lead of dual students, you will be the first point of contact for a group of our students. Tesla primarily offers technically orientated study courses, including mechanical and electrical engineering, automation technology, and technical facility management. In order to ensure both organisational and professional support for our students, we are looking for you!

• Disciplinary management of dual students
• Independent organisation and support of the dual students in different study programs
• Coordination, organisation, and flow planning of the practical phases and planning and implementation of projects in collaboration with universities and institutes in cooperation with different departments at Tesla
• Establishment and expansion of the relationship with partner universities and coordination of the study programmes and the respective content / curricula in alignment with the needs at Giga Berlin; development of (further) study programs
• Organisation and implementation of instructions and (specialised technical) trainings
• Monitoring and documentation of learning progress and results in collaboration with mentors / departments
• Support of selection of candidates for future intakes, e.g., in interviews
