Lead Producer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Lead Producer for a Entertainment client.

This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Santa Monica, CA or NYC, and is hybrid.

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Producer to join a dynamic Sponsored Production team focused on North America. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to produce high-impact, best-in-class content. You'll manage multiple campaigns for top-tier clients, ensuring seamless execution from concept through delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a natural communicator, and a strategic thinker with a passion for creative problem-solving and logistical precision.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact across multiple concurrent projects

• Create and manage timelines and transparent workflows that prioritize quality and efficiency

• Handle client communication, approvals, and feedback throughout the production lifecycle

• Anticipate and solve challenges during asset development with proactive, creative solutions

• Manage and align third-party vendors with project scope and expectations

• Secure final approvals from client and agency stakeholders

• Oversee complex, multi-layered projects that drive business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategy and program execution

• Propose scalable solutions and new program initiatives

• Continuously improve project management practices to boost effectiveness and quality

• Advocate for brand guidelines and creative best practices across Creator-led campaigns

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in project management or production
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Background in a creative or advertising agency environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
• Proficiency in Keynote and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting advertising clients or campaigns

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, talent management, or Creator programs

• Understanding of current social media trends and augmented reality

• Experience using Salesforce and Monday.com
