Marketing Project Manager

You’ll join the Marketing Project Management team to support campaign execution by managing assets, invoicing, and providing administrative support to the Brand Marketing team. This is a 1-3 month contract opportunity. The role is located in New York, New York, and is remote. application deadline date 1/27/2025 

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan. 

• Create detailed work-back plans for key deliverables (briefs, concepts, decks, campaign assets, etc.). 

• Oversee coordination, asset trafficking, and QA of campaign assets in partnership with the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery. 

• Assist with the reconciliation of expenses, invoicing, and maintenance of records. 

• Manage the onboarding of partners. 

• Provide general team support, such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, note-taking, assisting in creating marketing decks and materials, and taking on additional marketing projects as assigned. 

• Support documentation efforts by gathering, organizing, and archiving key marketing materials. 

• Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and media agencies. 

Marketing Project Manager Requirements:  

• 1+ years of working experience as a marketing or creative project manager. 

• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
