Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in solution engineering and experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- Experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with technical API setup and architecture.
- Experience in website maintenance and in advanced measurement solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Proficiency in advanced Content Management System (CMS).

As a Measurement Specialist within the gTech Ads Solution team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve business outcomes through data-driven measurement.
In this specific team we partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled, support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. Our ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.
Responsibilities
- Discover customer measurement readiness needs by understanding clients business plans, issues/goals and business direction.
- Analyze existing 3P partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
- Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan for services under scope.
- Assess and prepare clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators.
- Be the Measurement Products Expert Point of contact (POC) to internal sales teams and external advertiser teams/partners.
