Job Description

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and managing data from various departments, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. They will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyze data to support business decisions, and maintain and update MIS systems. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, coordinating with teams for timely data submission, and maintaining proper documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential. Experience in MIS reporting or a similar role is required.

Excellent communication and coordination

Good to have:

Knowledge of MIS tools and software
Experience handling large datasets

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Collect, compile, and manage data from various departments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in company systems.
Reporting:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per management requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare MIS reports to support business decisions.
System Maintenance:
- Maintain and update MIS systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues promptly.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordination:
- Work closely with teams to ensure timely data submission.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for process improvements.
Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation of processes and data management workflows.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MIS tools and software is a plus.
Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.
