We are Fatshark
We are a critically acclaimed Swedish game development studio with
about 190 experienced and skilled employees. We are most well-known for
developing the Warhammer: Vermintide franchise, but have also helped
develop a number of AAA titles and we launched the highly anticipated
game Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.
We have grown quite a bit over the last few years, but we still embrace the same values that we started with. We want to build the best first person co-op games together, in an approachable, fun and passion-driven way.
The role
The importance of making our office run smoothly can hardly be overstated — this includes planning where people will sit and work, maintaining a comfortable and fun atmosphere, and ensuring that our colleagues have what they need, when they need it. At least as important, we want the experience of visiting or working at Fatshark to be a pleasant one, filled with smiles, courtesy and coffee. As a part of the office team, you will be responsible for giving our guests a great first impression of Fatshark and maintaining a well-functioning, warm office environment. You will work closely together with the office manager, finance team, IT, HR, and others to ensure that Fatshark continues to be a great place to make awesome games!

What you'll do
- Manage reception, phone, post, deliveries
- Drive improvements to the layout and look of the entire office environment
- Work closely with the office manager to assess the current and future needs of our office
- Purchase and manage stationary, office supplies, services, kitchen equipment and inventory
- Assist with internal activities, errands, travel bookings, external meetings
- Take part in planning company events, such as afterworks, summer and holiday parties, etc.
- Ensure the office remains safe and secure for all employees
- Maintain documentation and informative materials
- Handle the small but important daily tasks, like cleaning a coffee machine, loading a dishwasher, or putting together IKEA furniture
Required qualifications
- Experience as either an office coordinator, office administrator, assistant, receptionist, or similar
- A proactive and service-minded attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and workloads
- Awesome social skills that enrich our work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle projects, problems, and responsibilities
- Working knowledge of G-Suite
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
Bonus qualifications
- Interest in PC and console gaming
- Experience with event management
- Experience in hospitality
- Swedish driving license
- Fluent in Swedish
