The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Berlin office. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and errands; coordinating team lunches, meetings, and event catering; maintaining the office layout, entry systems, and alarms; ensuring health and safety compliance; managing office-related budgets and providing reports; supporting internal and external visitors; and assisting with travel logistics, visa processes, and relocation. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and people-focused to maintain a positive and welcoming office environment.
