The Senior SME is recognized as an expert in various industry use-case solutions and will contribute to developing and executing product strategy to ensure innovative solutions for business expansion. Key responsibilities include supporting client engagements, assisting in winning business, enabling sales teams with customer-centric product insights, and building client trust through product expertise. The role demands navigating complex deals, supporting competitor displacement, and confidently engaging at the CxO level. Furthermore, the SME will drive strategic deals and identify new opportunities by understanding customer priorities, governance, decision-making, and budget processes, while also identifying relevant data and conceptualizing integration solutions.
