The Olympic Affiliate Campaign Creative Producer will be responsible for producing promotional and B2B content for Eurosport and the Warner Bros. Discovery media group, focusing on the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Games Affiliates campaign. This includes creating various media assets (linear, digital, social, print) in multiple languages. The role involves adapting master video, image, and HTML5 banner assets, managing production from concept to delivery, collaborating with other creatives, and ensuring alignment with brand standards. Additional responsibilities may include supporting marketing campaigns for other sporting events produced by WBD. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, post-production, and working on multi-lingual campaigns.

Primary Responsibility (purpose of the position):

  • Within the MARKETING CREATIVE SERVICES department, you will be in charge of the production of promotional and B2B content for Eurosport and the WarnerBros.Discovery media group.

  • More specifically, your main mission will be to participate in the production and delivery of elements for the Affiliates campaign for the milano cortina 2026 Olympic Games but also B2B elements (reels, hospitalities etc). These elements will have to be declined on different media (linear, digital, social, print) and in different languages. You will therefore have a decisive role in the development of a 360° media campaign.

  • You may also be required to participate in the production of marketing campaigns related to sporting events produced by Warner Bros Discovery such as the UCI Mountainbike World Series, FIM Endurance World Championship, Speedway Grand Prix.

Main missions:

  • Variation of a master's degree (video, image, or html5 banner) validated by the Senior creatives in different languages and different formats (adaptation of shots, choice of specific rushes according to the countries of the local heroes, adaptation of texts in different languages, etc.) while respecting a graphic identity.

  • Production monitoring from the proof of concept to the final delivery of the elements

  • Assist in the editing and post-production of promotional videos, ensuring that they match the creative vision and quality standards.

  • Work closely with writers, designers, and other team members to bring promotional ideas to life. Brief editors, graphic designers, sound engineers, VO artists.

Au sein du département MARKETING CREATIVE SERVICES, vous serez en charge de la production de contenu promotionnel et B2B pour Eurosport et le groupe média WarnerBros.Discovery. Plus précisément, votre mission principale sera de participer à la production et la livraison d’éléments pour la campagne Affiliates en vue des Jeux Olympiques Milano Cortina 2026 mais aussi d’éléments B2B (reels, hospitalities etc). Ces éléments devront être déclinés sur différents supports (linéaire, digital, social, print) et dans différentes langues. Vous aurez donc un rôle déterminant dans l’élaboration d’une campagne média 360. Vous pourrez aussi être amenés à participer à la production de campagnes marketing liées à des événements sportifs produits par Warner Bros Discovery comme l’UCI Mountainbike World Series, FIM Endurance World Championship, Speedway Grand Prix,

Missions :

Déclinaison d’un master (vidéo, image, ou bannière html5) validé par les créatifs Senior en différentes langues et

différents formats (adaptation des plans, choix de rush spécifiques en fonction des pays les héros locaux, adaptation

des textes en différentes langues, …) en respectant une identité graphique.

- Suivi de la production depuis la validation du concept jusqu’à à la livraison finale des éléments

- Aider à l'édition et à la post-production des vidéos promotionnelles, en s'assurant qu'elles correspondent à la vision

créative et aux standards de qualité.

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les rédacteurs, les designers et les autres membres de l'équipe pour donner

vie aux idées promotionnelles. Briefer les monteurs, graphistes, ingénieurs du son, VO artists.

- Vérifier le contenu pour en assurer l'exactitude, la cohérence et l'alignement avec la marque avant la livraison finale.

- Intégrer les retours des membres seniors de l'équipe et des parties prenantes dans les matériaux promotionnels.
