Operations Specialist - Used Car Staging and Imaging

As Operations Specialist, Used Car Staging & Imaging, you will work with cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Refurbishment teams to plan, coordinate & undertake used car photography & display at Tesla locations nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess the technical & creative acumen to create, manage and maintain a quality & consistent output of used car images that adhere to brand’s professional guidelines. This role directly supports Tesla’s mission by creating a scalable used car sales & delivery experience for our customers.

The Operations Specialist, Used Car Staging & Imaging, will be liaising with local Sales, Refurbishment & Delivery teams to ensure vehicle refurb completion & readiness for imaging. The role to be based at Tesla Longbridge & also involves nationwide travel to multiple Tesla locations every week. The successful candidate will need to have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, experience in photography and the ability to multitask effectively. They must also be able to work collaboratively with different teams and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role will play a critical part in the success of Tesla’s Used Retail Operations.

• Vehicle photography management – communicating with site contacts when vehicles should be photographed, ensuring timely accurate completion of vehicle photography.
• Vehicle display management – liaising with site contacts to have consistency at ‘Approved used’ number plates, vehicle placement at sites, regular valet, etc.
• Vehicle imaging – developing consistent image sets at Tesla locations (static and consistent background, set pre-requisites for number of pictures/angles required for each model) & using the turntable (at applicable sites).
• Image editing – overall image quality enhancements (if required), background unification, etc.
• Image upload online (Impel + OneDrive)
