Paint Coordinator / Lead

Functional Job Duties:

• Preparing work packets based on paint specs, inspection test plans and drawings.
• Coordinate with quality engineers on inspection test dates.
• Coordinate with project managers on schedule.
• Generate paint reports.
• Experience in industrial painting.
• Drive production.
• Maintain a paint inventory.
• Order paint and paint consumables.

• Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company.
• Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities.
• Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements.
• Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to go up and down stairs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office, taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
• Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
