Varonis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. You will support our fast-paced legal department in various capacities, including contract management, compliance, and corporate governance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.
* Compliance Support: Help ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies by conducting research and maintaining documentation.
* Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records and preparing board meeting materials.
* Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various topics as needed and provide summaries to the legal team.
* Document Management: Organize and maintain legal documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of discretion and confidentiality
