Flexera is a leading provider of FinOps, software asset management and cloud management solutions. Our mission is to help organizations optimize their technology investments and drive business growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Business Success Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Partner Business Manager at Flexera, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Managed Services Providers (MSPs) in the Hybrid FinOps domain. Your primary objective will be to finding and building strategic partnerships with MSPs, enabling them to leverage Flexera's solutions effectively along with the partners current service offerings

Responsibilities:

  • MSP partners who specialize in Hybrid FinOps, ensuring a strong and diverse partner ecosystem. Find, develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth through partner channels

  • Collaborate with MSP partners to understand their business needs and align them with Flexera's solutions and value propositions.

  • Enable partners through training programs, sales enablement tools, and resources to effectively sell and support Flexera's products and services.

  • Find and foster long-term relationships with MSP partners, serving as their primary point of contact within Flexera.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner recruitment, management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Managed Services Provider landscape, specifically within the Hybrid FinOps domain.

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
