As a Content Moderator, your mission is to create a safe and positive gaming environment for all players and communities. You will play a vital role in protecting gamers from harmful content, including harassment, hate speech, and unnecessary violence. By diligently monitoring and filtering content, you will ensure they can enjoy their passion without fear of harassment, unwanted content or bullying. What are we looking for? Our Content Moderator has a knack for the following skills:
Communication:
- Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos, with a keen eye for identifying harmful or inappropriate material.
- Collaborate with internal teams, addressing project-related requests and maintaining seamless communication channels.
Analytics:
- Audit and assess interactions, ensuring they are rated accurately based on their severity level.
- Compile and report trends and improvement opportunities from audits, translating them into actionable data for process enhancements.

- Actively participate in feature testing and tool improvements, contributing to the continuous refinement of content moderation practices.

Requirements
You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Mastery in C1-C2 level Portuguese language proficiency.
- Emotional stability, self-awareness, and strong auto-analysis skills to handle challenging situations with composure and make well-informed decisions.
- Optimism, hardiness, and stress resilience to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
