Job SummaryThe Solution Director Robotics is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of robotics solutions for clients. This role includes managing the setup and operations of robotics physical labs and customer experience center demonstrations, ensuring they effectively showcase the company s robotics capabilities. The director will also support client visits, proofs of concept (PoCs), and pilot programs, working closely with internal teams and customers to align technical delivery with business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesPhysical Labs & Customer Experience CentersDesign, implement, and maintain robotics labs and demo areas that reflect real-world scenarios.Oversee technical demonstrations to highlight robotics solutions during client visits and executive briefings.Continuously update lab content and capabilities to align with evolving solution offerings.Client Visits, PoCs, and PilotsPlan and manage client visits in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.Lead the execution of robotics PoCs and pilots, ensuring technical and business objectives are met.Act as the primary point of contact for solution-related discussions with clients during pre-sales and early-stage implementation.Solution Development & Business GrowthLead the Robotics Solutions team to contribute to both existing (EN) and new (NN) business development.Work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable solution roadmaps.Ensure that solution architecture supports scalability, reliability, and performance.Capability Building and Team DevelopmentDevelop a competency framework for robotics technologies, including hardware platforms, autonomy, AI, and system integration.Identify skill gaps within the team and establish training or hiring plans to address them.Foster technical depth and collaboration across engineering and solutioning roles.Reusable Assets and Internal PracticesEstablish and maintain a repository of reusable solution assets, accelerators, and frameworks.Promote consistent use of these assets to improve delivery speed and solution quality.Regularly review asset usage and impact to ensure they meet business and client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
