Procurement Business Partner

This Procurement Business Partner role in Tokyo, Japan focuses on end-to-end sourcing for IT and general services (primarily general services). Responsibilities include defining requirements, market analysis, developing and executing sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay processes (quotation, negotiation, PO creation, cost reconciliation, payment requests), developing new suppliers in Japan, managing key stakeholders at Japanese studios, collaborating with the China group procurement category manager, and proposing and implementing efficiency improvements through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of procurement experience, including at least one year in office leasing, infrastructure construction/construction, or facility management.
