Producer III

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a Producer III for a major gaming company located in Los Angeles, CA.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned gaming company where you'll have the chance to lead pivotal projects and manage key relationships within the organization. As a Producer III, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This full-time, 6-12 month hybrid contract position offers a great chance to contribute to major game development efforts, with the possibility of extending or converting to permanent employment.

Producer III Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex topics and manage strategic changes to ensure delivery success
• Translate team objectives into actionable rituals, processes, and guidelines
• Build proposals and define expected outcomes for projects, advocating for customer needs
• Lead team planning and mitigate dependencies for complex initiatives
• Proactively work with stakeholders to anticipate and address potential impacts on live operations
• Engage in high-level decision-making and advise Product Leads on team objectives and outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve areas of contention or high-level complexities

Producer III Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical, business, or social science field
• Seven years of professional experience, with at least four years dedicated to project/product management in games/software
• Experience working within agile workflows and frameworks
• Mastery of stakeholder identification, management, and relationship building
• Agile, project/product management certifications are a plus (CSPO, CSM, PMP, etc.)
• Willingness to travel up to 8% of the time

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
