The Product Designer II will partner with Product and Engineering to create innovative tooling solutions for internal operations. Responsibilities include defining app and web experiences for enterprise products, contributing to product strategy using user research and data, exploring solutions (sketches to prototypes), using data to guide design decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The role focuses on developing platform solutions, tools, dashboards, and processes to drive efficiency across streaming, content operations, media, broadcast, and BI products. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for enterprise workflows, possess strong user-centered design skills, and be a collaborative team player.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Enterprise Design team. In this role, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to create innovative and intuitive tooling solutions that support and streamline our internal operations. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Design and collaborate closely with teams across the organization.

What You Will Do

Our mission in Enterprise Design is to develop and design platform solutions, tools, dashboards, and processes that drive efficiency, optimization, and new value across streaming, content operations, media and broadcast, and BI products. You will:

  • Define app and web experiences for enterprise products

  • Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights, understanding business needs, and innovating within technical constraint

  • Explore and validate solutions at various fidelity levels (sketches, wireframes, and prototypes)

  • Use data to guide your design decisions

  • Communicate your ideas effectively and partner closely with cross functional partners and stakeholders to execute on design solutions

  • Have experience designing high quality solutions for enterprise workflows and are adept at managing complexity

  • Showcase a strong understanding and application of user-centered design process and best practices and have a data-driven mindset

  • Are self-motivated, innately curious, and passionate about problem solving

  • Possess a high bar of craft and design excellence

  • Collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to their setting and have strong communication skills

  • Have a growth mindset and display an aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong set of case studies showcasing a range of projects demonstrating your user centered design process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite


The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $104,600 to $140,200 per year, in New York or Seattle is $109,500 to $146,800 per year, and in San Francisco is $114, 500 to $153,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
