About GIG:

G!G is a questing platform that turns mobile telecom operators into channel partners to do user acquisition and engagement at scale for partner companies.

Telecom mobile subscribers can do quests, tasks, and missions to earn rewards.  Quests can be gaming, shopping, referrals, social media participation, and other micro tasks that drive engagement and revenue.

Given the massive reach telecom companies have in their respective markets, the ability for partners to quickly scale up their users and revenues is enormous.

  • Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Resources Management: Ensures that resources are optimally allocated, enabling the team to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and quality assurance to ensure a seamless product experience.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the product, providing updates and managing expectations with stakeholders, and working teams.
